Nick is the Founder of Falconseye Aerial Solutions, established in 2017. An Air Force veteran and retired fire captain, he built his company on the same principles that defined his service career—precision, integrity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Falconseye Aerial Solutions specializes in elevated visual marketing for discerning real estate professionals and developers. Nick delivers premium aerial and ground photography, immersive interactive virtual tours, detailed floorplans, refined virtual staging, and authentic twilight photography that captures properties in their most compelling light. Each project is approached with a meticulous eye and a deep understanding of how powerful visuals influence perception and value.

Beyond residential listings, Nick partners with developers throughout the region, providing construction progression photography and video, advanced aerial mapping, and comprehensive site documentation.
